A Level 2 WISE Certified Technician is a technician who has completed the practical training, obtained WISE Certification, and is considered qualified to repair a device by opening the device and replacing modular components without inducing any further damage.
All Calgary Phone Repair technicians are required to complete the Wise Level 2 knowledge test + must pass our 21-point in-house practical technical screen fix assessment.
Calgary Phone Repair Senior technicians are trained as the above, in addition to possessing years of experience, may have engineering backgrounds and have completed all types of repairs including level 5 board diagnostics and repairs.
Furthermore, ongoing training and upkeep of skills is a requirement of all Technicians with Calgary Phone Repair.
