Phone grading is a rating system for refreshed or refurbished phones to give buyers an idea of the quality of phone they’re purchasing. The phone grade rates the cosmetic condition of the phone, not the battery health, whether it’s unlocked, or even if it’s not stolen. To ensure you’re purchasing a refurbished phone you can trust, we offer a free certified Device History Report or get the IMEI number so you can run your own IMEI Device History Report on it.

What Are the Most Common Phone Grades?

The most common phone grades are A, B, and C.

Grade A—Just like in school, an A grade is the best. A Grade A rating means the used phone is almost like new. It shows very few signs of use, with minimal scuffs and no scratches or chips.

Grade B—A Grade B means there are some light scuffs and scratches. While this means the refurbished phone isn’t in mint condition, it usually helps lower the price without too much damage showing

Grade C—With a Grade C rating, the used phone still works, but there’s a lot of evidence of wear and tear. If you’re fine with a phone that has seen better days cosmetically but could still work just fine, a C grade will save you even more.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DEVICES I CAN ORDER AT ONE TIME?

There is no Minimum or maximum number required for device purchases. If we have the stock, we are able to accommodate your request. Generally we are able to fill orders of up-to 100 devices easily.

DO THE DEVICES COME WITH ANY ACCESSORIES?

All devices are sold as device + basic accessories such as charger and charging block; in some instances headphones are included as well, but this is not guaranteed.

CAN I ADD MY DEVICES TO MY PARTS/REPAIR ORDER?

Yes, as long as your refreshed device request is NOT in pre-order status, it can be combined in the same shopping cart and shipped together. Upon shipping, you will also receive an email and/or order note indicating the IMEIs for your record keeping purposes.

HOW LONG IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Devices are covered under a 15 Day Return Policy in addition guaranteed with a 90 day warranty. No Returns are accepted after 15 Days unless it is a Service Activation Issue. . If you're unsatisfied, or have problems with the device, simply issue a support ticket here.

DO YOU CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE?

No, We do not charge any restocking fee for any device(s). However, please note you get credited or refunded back today's selling price, which may not always be your original purchase price. (It could be higher or lower)

ARE ANY DEVICES ICLOUD LOCKED?

Each device goes through a 60 Point Software/Hardware testing to make sure that it is working perfectly fine which includes testing it for any iCloud/account related issues. None of the devices have iCloud issues or are account locked.

ARE ALL DEVICES UNLOCKED?

All devices are carrier unlocked. They are not carrier locked, simply put your sim card into a charged device, turn it on and voila you're in business!
